I have come to the conclusion that I need a good music beat to be able to enjoy exercise. I therefore used my own 1 hour DVD of Les Mills Body Attack, using the low impact moves. Took me back to when I was 70 and could still go to the classes and keep up with the young ones. Thank you again GN for continuing to provide the choice.
Just to add that I did this workout again today, and added to it the 10 minute one for toning the arms that follows on afterwards on YouTube (same instructor). I’d recommend that as well. I must be a glutton for punishment, but I felt quite virtuous (and perfectly toned ) afterwards.
