Hay fever

I have it and up to a couple of weeks ago, it wasn't good. But for some reason, the last couple of weeks have been easier.

I have the loratidine ready, I have the eye drops ready, I have the inhalers ready BUT, as I'm in lockdown, I've not had to use them yet.

DH’s hay fever has started quite badly, he usually suffers around Wimbledon time, so for a treat I’ve told him because the tennis is cancelled he’s having it early.

My son barely leaves the house at the best of times. He has autism and doesn't work.

We’ve had a long spell of dry weather which makes a difference. Hopefully some rain will settle it down. It’s not just about pollen allergy though. I suffered with the sneezing and blocked airways. Had an allergy test and discovered I’m also allergic to dust and cats. We kept cats for years!

I’m better for being in my immediate environment, first sniff ? of rape and I’m off!!

How strange, I wonder why DS is so different this year.

My hayfever is bad this year. Started with the trees. Now the rape.

I can empty Waitrose with my sneezing fits this year. I try not to take tablets unless I really have to as they tend to make me sleepy. I find it hard every year and don't think this years any different.

I was badly affected a few weeks ago. It was exhausting and my hay fever tablets didn't work.
Thankfully has calmed down now.
