Are you getting more exercise? I’m going for more walks and my sciatica seems better. Let’s hope it lasts!

Turmeric made me feel sick and made a friend quite ill.

Just from a common sense perspective, if the stiffness has literally disappeared overnight, it is highly unlikely that any of the foodstuffs you mention are responsible.

Would be best to check Google if you are on other medication. Turmeric does not mix with some. Brief summary only here.
Pleased to hear that you are getting some relief.

Just an aside. Turmeric is good for the eyes too

My knees are the Bain of my life! Definitely going to try turmeric now!!

Probably Turmeric. DH takes tablets every day and says that it has helped the stiffness in his knees no end.

Thankyou Toad. Yes I will try the turmeric again. The feeling of relief and even springiness is marvellous.

Could be the turmeric. That’s supposed to rid you of aching and stiffness overnight. It’s anti inflammatory I think. Glad you’re feeling better, we might try it too.

Suddenly overnight the stiffness in my back and legs, that has been worrying me for about a month, has disappeared. This seems almost miraculous and I am trying to discover the cause. The only new things to have passed my lips have been
banana
turmeric
ginger
butter beans
cucumber
butter
balsamic vinegar
Martini
milk (more than usual)

Any ideas?!
