Perimenopause cramps??

I’m 48 and starting to experience many symptoms of perimenopause.
Specifically, I tend to get periods of time where I have low grade, period like cramps - worse at ovulation and at period but also in between. Worse on my right side.
I had a scan and with the exception of a small fibroid, all was normal.
Anyone experience this?
I’m getting a little nervous....

I don't remember having these but I have justgoogled and it seems to be a common symptom and a scan seems reassuring. Perhaps give it a little while and if its severe go back to doctor?

I regularly have period type pains with no periods. Am 52 and was investigated quite thoroughly as they couldn't find my ovaries on ultrasound scan so ended up having an MRI! And as with you only found fibroids though in my case multiple and rather large(hence why they couldn't find my ovaries!!)
