aka acupuncture without the needles, using same points and meridians. Spent my confinement learning about acupressure with books and internet and online course- fascinating.
What a luxury to have time now to spend about 40-50 mins every morning, starting with feet and then doing the whole body, about 40-50 points and a few stretches and deep breathing. Got my energy back, and feel better than I have in years.
Any others here? Will next do a course on applying what I have learnt to help others - not professionally, but family and friends. Realls does feel good.
