Lockdown lethargy

A combination of heat and boredom is causing Lockdown lethargy chez merlot. I have lots I could be getting on with but CBA.

I can't find the energy to do anything, but I am blaming it on the heat, I know that's not relevant for some of you though.

Do you mean that you are very tired?

Or are you just fed up with being confined due to lockdown?

Aka lockdown fatigue. Lots of information available on causes but can’t find any suggestions for fixing it. Ideas would be appreciated.
