Twitching in sleep

Mr C has always had these night time twitches. Irritating though they can be the GP reassured us many years it was nothing to be concerned about. As BlueSky says why not speak to your GP and seek advice. Always best with something new.

Probably nothing to worry about. Is he taking any new medication? As always just mention it to the GP for peace of mind.

My DH has become a very restless sleeper. His arms and legs twitch constantly and he jumps a lot. He falls asleep very easily and this doesn't seem to affect him in any way but I worry that it might be linked to a health problem. We are both in our mid sixties and in good health so am I worrying about nothing?
