Lol. Thanks Charleygirl as I say, I'm sceptical or I wouldn't have asked. With the lack of any guidance from the medical profession on trivial matters such as this, I am left with trying to devise (with google's help) exercises to strengthen the back muscles.
The problem is - they all make my back really ache - no they actually make it hurt - so I'm pretty sure they're not the right ones. All the online exercises seem devised towards making things more supple, not strong.
Good to have everyone's observations. I'd have asked my physio but those sessions have ceased.
