I did a short course in Tai Chi many years ago. I wanted to start again to help with general mobility and wellbeing but obviously this is not possible at the moment. Can anyone recommend YouTube classes or anything online? When I looked it up there were so many different styles of TC that I gave up. Before Lockdown I swam 30 lengths, three times a week and although I am overweight, I feel fairly healthy and had no health issues when I had the Virus in March. I do have a very stiff lower back at the moment which is painful especially in the morning or if I have been sat in the same position. I set a timer now to move every 20 mins. If anyone has any suggestions about the TC, I would be really grateful. Thanks
