Stress and stinging skin

My doctor says my stinging skin is due to stress which I do understand.

Does anyone else get this discomfort?

Have you ruled out shingles? I have not experienced it, but I have heard it makes the skin very sensitive even if no blisters are present. I hope you get some relief, and if it persists, please return to the doctors.
