So where is all the information for those of us who are just a couple of years from the 'big 60' but still want to be running the odd 10K and generally eating well. I don't want to focus on losing weight, just maintaining a good weight through healthy nutrition. I don't want to do chair exercises because luckily I don't have too !! Equally I don't want to become some athlete, because through a previous illness that isn't going to happen I just want a happy medium somewhere. With the huge lack of information almost makes me think I should start my own blog on it all unless someone has some ideas ??
