Kegel balls

I didn't know what they where so googled them. Have you seen what they are? Rather you than me.

My DD has suggested I try Kegel balls as I am constantly going to the loo at night and don’t get much satisfaction from sex. I think I am to old at 76, but she says no. Has anyone had experience of these balls and do they work?
