Now that gyms can reopen I am thinking of joining, I want to keep supple and keep my aching joints moving. I don’t want to jump about like a fanatical gym bunny ,but just doing excercise s that will keep me healthy,
Do you go to the gym and what do you do , I play golf twice a week but I feel it’s not enough , tips would be appreciated.
