Yes! Exactly the same thing.
I've posted on every hair threas about this, so I'll be brief.
I had a blood test Jan 2020 for an unrelated thing.
Apparently my vitamin D levels were ridiculously low. I had prescription grade vitamin D for about a month and now take health span vitamin D every day.
My hair is now the best it's been for literally over 20 years.
It does not fall out now and is lovely and thick
Good luck, I hope that you get it sorted thanks

For the last couple of months I’ve noticed increasing amounts of hair falling out. My shower drain has to be cleared every time I wash my hair. Yesterday I noticed a lot of hair on the vacuum brush, so I unpicked it all, before finishing the upstairs. Today, I needed to vacuum the downstairs, but after a few mins realised I wasn’t picking up bits. I rechecked the roller and was shocked to see the roller was completely jammed with hair. Hubby had to take the vac apart to be able to remove the hair. I had noticed my hair feeling thinner, but now I’m terrified I will lose it all. I buy quality hair care. The only other thing I have is a few pounds too many, and my skin is exceptionally dry - everywhere- hands, feet, legs, tummy, face. Maybe my scalp is also dry and that’s why it’s falling out? Anyone else experienced this?
