Shame, have only just seen this, and no places left, but thanks for information, some good courses online and have joined mailing list, so maybe next time.

During the Pandemic I have taken up online Zoom Qigong lessons (similar to Tai Chi) these are run by Denman College. You don’t have to be a WI member to participate.

This coming Friday there is a free course called ‘Restful Sleep with Elaine’ who is our excellent tutor.

A few minutes ago there were 14 of the 80 places left so if you are interested go onto the Denman site courses.
