Flexiseq for osteoarthritis

I did use it a few years ago but I’m not sure if it helped or not. I lose track of the various pills potions and creams I’ve tried over the years. However, a friend I recommended it to said it didn’t help with the arthritis in her knee.

I had it recommended to me by a concert pianist who suffered painful hands and he had good results with it. I've yet to try it to be honest but on his recommend I persuaded my 86 year old Mum to give it a try and she also has had good results. Must get on with it

I bought it after it was recommended to me, I thought it was expensive and did absolutely nothing for me.

Not me, but my friend uses it, but only once a day, as it’s rather expensive. She seems to think it’s helpful, but might be better if she used it twice a day.
