Not me, but my friend uses it, but only once a day, as it’s rather expensive. She seems to think it’s helpful, but might be better if she used it twice a day.

I bought it after it was recommended to me, I thought it was expensive and did absolutely nothing for me.

I had it recommended to me by a concert pianist who suffered painful hands and he had good results with it. I've yet to try it to be honest but on his recommend I persuaded my 86 year old Mum to give it a try and she also has had good results. Must get on with it blush

I did use it a few years ago but I’m not sure if it helped or not. I lose track of the various pills potions and creams I’ve tried over the years. However, a friend I recommended it to said it didn’t help with the arthritis in her knee.

This product has been recommended to me to relieve joint pain in my neck, shoulders and hands. Has anyone used or is using this gel with positive results?
