The Outside Clinic - any experiences? ? ?

Meryl that’s exactly what my 12 year old ‘optician’ said to me!
I went back a year later, received an apology, new lenses and was told that aforementioned clown was no longer employed there

My Dad used them in his latter years and was very happy and satisfied with them said it was a very good service

I too had a situation with Speck Savers. It got to the shouty bit when the kidult advised me that i would get used to them
I’d been wearing glasses for about 50 years. I think I know my way round a prescription!!!!!

My mum had them. Think the eye testing was all fine but I thought their glasses were quite expensive.

My mum had them plus a Dentist who saw her at home. Luckily never needed any work done.
All excellent service.

We used them when my Mum lived with us and they were very good. Diagnosed Macular Degeneration and insisted the eye hospital saw her straight away. Sadly too late to save her sight in one eye but at least she still had one left!

Yes Fanny I have had eye tests every two years for 10 years with them , very satisfied, will have a hearing test with them too.

I once had a shockingly bad glasses prescription from SS too

I have had eye tests with the Outside Clinic for several years .

This year there were problems because of Covid, I had a home visit from Spec Savers, am now waiting for an appointment with the Outside Clinic , Spec Savers prescription was so wrong.
