I take Turmeric and it's good... I'm not on any meds and I swear it helps with lots of things.

Yes Mayal, I’ve heard it’s good for doggos too - will def try on my girl Tara if she starts to show signs of creaking like her mum!

I was advised to take turmeric and black pepper capsules by my rheumatologist, for the arthritis in my hands. After only a month I noticed a real improvement. Pain almost gone.
But do check with a pharmacist or doctor whether they are suitable for you.

We were interested in taking turmeric pills but before we started I did a bit of Googling and found that due to meds we are taking it is not suitable. I have heard good reports about it from friends who do take it.

I suffer with chronic pain badly, I’ve heard Turmeric supposed to be good for certain conditions , but have never tried it myself . Will keep watch on this post with some interest.

Hello Tessyo, I'm taking the turmeric capsules and found that they really have helped. I am also giving them to my dog for his arthritis and it has helped him.

Has anybody else tried turmeric supplements or homemade paste for aches & pains? I’m finding taking capsules is having quite a positive effect - or is that a placebo effect (who cares if it works!) ?
