What are your thoughts on the advice? Are they printable? I can think of better ways to be active! I don't do ironing and don't intend to start now!

On the odd occasion when I do ironing (mostly Summer clothes), I find it quite relaxing, but I do try to avoid buying clothes which require it, if possible. ?
I remember having a neighbour who used to iron outdoors during the Summer to top up her suntan. ☀️

Many years ago I decided any new items I bought I would not iron and see how it went. Realised apart from pure cotton shirts which I do not buy nothing actually needed ironing. But items that had previously been ironed did as the heat had affected the fabric. As time went buy I stopped ironing and never looked back. Friends couldn't believe my clothes and sheets were wrinkle free. Fold and put away nearly nothing needs pressing.

Quite a few over 65s are still in work, never mind the housework!

Exercise but certainly not particularly ironing. It’s quite patronising of the daily Mail me thinks
