I think most supplements unnecessary unless you have a diagnosed condition for example anaemia.
However I do take Vit D tabs because sunlight levels are low in the winter and I tend to protect my pale skin by covering up in the summer, so am probably deficient in VitD.
I eat a healthy diet with no intolerances.
There is no good scientific evidence for most supplements but plenty of anecdotal stuff.

I am on supplements but they have been prescribed by my GP. If you do not need them you are wasting your money as you will be peeing it away.

I only take a 70+ multi vitamin tablet. I will say that since I started taking them, the condition of my nails has improved dramatically.
