After a difficult month, where I've not been able to continue the diet I've been on for a while, I'm ready to get back on it, for the sake of my health.
Can anyone make suggestions for snacks that fall into the low carb, low sugar, low fat category? I tend to pick in the evenings and need something to keep me on the straight and narrow.
