In January 2019 I fainted at the National Gallery and hit my head heavily on the wooden floor. Son collected me from the sickbay and took me back to his place where I stayed overnight. My head hurt for weeks and I saw my GP. She tested my reactions etc., and gave me painkillers. It was a strange time as I was diagnosed with high blood pressure, which had never occurred before. It was a strange headache as it was painful to sleep on the side of my head I’d bashed on the floor! Anyway, the pain went over those weeks and I was fine. No one suggested having a scan of my head, I suppose because my reactions were ok.
