Marine liquid collagen has helped with hair loss. Took 3 months supply and had a break but ordered another 30 days pack recently.

Why is it necessary to mention Amazon?

I take a marine collagen. Skin definitely softer, not so dry. Hair good. Nails not strong but never have been

I started taking it after my shoulder surgery. Certainly my scar healed well, but who knows if the collagen helped. My nails are slightly stronger though.

My nails have really improved since I started taking a daily Vitamin D tablet.

My mum used to make me eat a jelly cube a day to help strengthen my nails - what a load of codswallop that was!!

Thyroid test at GP last year was "borderline" so no treatment offered

I've been taking marine collagen for a couple of months for my nails, its not working yet .I gave it to my OH too as he's had issues with his nails done nothing for them either but his hair is growing like a weed ,he has to have it cut at least every two weeks .I'll persevere for the nails for a while longer though my sister thinks its my thyroid as I have other symptoms like feeling cold and getting infections .

I have just been reading about collagen supplements. They are supposed to improve your hair, nails and skin.

I have read some reviews on Amazon and they are a bit mixed. There are also bovine and marine collagens. I am not sure which would be the best option

Prices seem to vary quite a bit and you can get powder or capsules.

Does anyone have any experience of taking the supplements

Thanks
