About 4 years ago I suddenly developed pain in my right groin and had pain lifting my leg to put on my socks. I was sent for an X-ray and told it was "wear and tear" which is another name for Osteoarthritis. I was referred to a physio who wasn't very helpful, but I joined an online OA support group where I learnt a lot, and put together some exercises for myself to strengthen the muscles around my hip.
Now my other hip has started the same.
How many tablets do you take in the morning?
