While in school, I rejected polio vaccine. Not missed other doses. Is it worth going to my GP now?

Decades on, only seriously wanting own kids now

Yes, you can be vaccinated at any time.

I've just had my tetanus/polio/diphtheria vaccination with no ill effects apart from a slightly sore arm.

I didn't know you could refuse polio vaccine. My father was an antivaxer and didn't want us to have any jabs but he says he had to concede on polio because it was compulsory by law. I remember queueing up at the village hall for my lumps of sugar. This must have been about 1960. As polio is making a comeback, you really should look into it.
