My friend has a apple watch as far as I can see you can set it to remind you of anything. I'd need my DS to set it up but I am wondering if it might be a help as I get older.

If you have been diagnosed with dementia then the Alzheimer's Society will offer sensible advice.

If you haven't don't worry about it.

There are support groups out there with lots of advice and help as Dinahmo said like the Alzheimers Society. Get in touch with them they have the skills.
Take care gsmith23
