Just out of interest, how do people manage to cream their back with ointment when they have arthritis and there is no one else to help. I did hear someone say they used a small paint roller?

If you Google’lotion applicator’ you’ll find lots of things like this. I should imagine a long handled kitchen spoon or spatula would work just as well.
