Weather Headaches

Another walking barometer here, ravenscroft! Rising pressure makes the joins between my ribs and sternum ache, and falling pressure causes a vague sort of nausea.

In my case doing less strenuous exercise seemed to allow it to subside a bit so now it's less of a problem than it was but I've had it all my adult life.

Yes I get them too. I really feel the pressure inside my body - headache, pain in the bones of my face, popping ears. Thunder and lightening often make my nose bleed!

Swimming in the sea helps me and if I can't do that I have a cool shower or bath. Gently inhaling steam over a hot bowl of water eases things me a little too.

Thankfully I don’t suffer from what others have described but my go to remedy for sinus troubles is , Kali Bich, a homeopathic remedy I discovered when all the usual medications failed. Taken for two days and I was pain free.

I always get a headache when a thunderstorm is imminent.

DH is very susceptible to weather pressure changes in respect sinus and headaches.

My Bab always had headaches when a storm was brewing she would tell me an hour or two before that a storm was heading our way

I get thunderstorm headaches but thankfully nothing else
