Mine are also from Ikea. 90 p. I have two, both at home one by the back door and one fir the front. Strong and do the job.
I found a collapsable one recently but it’s awkward and twists at the moment you try to put it into your shoe.
I have taken my long one out shoe shopping...had to keep a watch fir small people in pushchairs.

Mine is one end back scratcher and the other end shoe horn I bought it years ago in Liverpool city centre.

Lots of flimsy-looking cheap ones on Ebay, but this one might work.
telescopic shoe horn Good luck with your search.

Ah sorry, it is not expendable, so not easy to take in bag.

I have a long - but not telescopic - one which Paw found invaluable as I do now.
I think I got it from Hotter but I have just Googled and they are available everywhere from Amazon to Wilko!
I rather liked this one on Amazon

I have arthritis and am unable to get right slip-on trainer on.
My DH bless him sent for an extendable shoehorn, which was ideal for about a week, but flimsy so fell apart.
I have been looking at more expensive ones. I want one that can fit in my handbag but extends long enough to get the trainers on.
I am asking Gransnet as someone may have one that they use.
