About five or six now but if we go out for an evening meal that’s usually about seven. We used to eat a lot later when we worked but we don’t now we are retired.

Six pm usually, though it may be earlier if I have an early choir practice.
On Sunday we have our main meal at 1 pm, and something lighter about 7 pm.

I have no set time. I eat at all hours of the day or night ie when I’m hungry. I have been known to have rice or pasta in the middle of the night and actually, sleep quite well. I have never gone to bed on an empty stomach.
I don’t mean to rub salt into your wound. I’m sure my eating habits are not normal .
Btw, I live on my own ?

My main meal varies, on tired days I have it at lunchtime because I know I won’t want to cook in the evening. If I have it in the evening it will be about 6 and not too rich.

4.30pm.

Early, I know.

My DH says I would like to get all the day’s meals over with by breakfast!

I have found that since I have grown older I can no longer tolerate eating later than 6 p.m. and that is a light easy to digest meal. A very delicious cheesecake got the better of me last week and I suffered horribly all night. Anyone else in the same position?
