Buy some soft stretchy bras if you don't feel comfortable without one. Fasten them and check you can pull them up one handed or over your head.
Check all your clothes which fasten with buttons. Tracksuit trousers or elastic waists are a boon even if you think they are awful. Tops that have no fastenings and come over your head are best. Shoes that slip on easily.
For your kitchen one of those plastic pads that stop things slipping is good, but you can use a damp cloth, folded up to rest things on so they don't move.
You can buy ready chopped onions and peppers and veg to put in your freezer. But if you can cook a few things and freeze them in advance that will help.
You will cope one handed and you do have time to prepare some things.
