Pigeon here, though a lark in the Summer.

I did try to be an owl once upon a time, not any more! Really doesn't suit me at all.

Always been a lark I’d love a lie in now and then but it’s not to be. My neighbour once asked if he woke me leaving for work as my bedroom light was always on i said no I’m just always awake around 5 or 6 am.

I’m a pigeon although dove sounds nicer.

Reluctant Lark here. Wish I was a pigeon. Fed up waking so bright and early.

What defines a pigeon?

A pigeon (dove) is someone who isn't a lark (early to bed early to rise) or an owl (late to bed late to rise). And it's most people.

According to an Oxford prof, 10% of us are larks (me), 25% are owls (MrB), and the rest are pigeons.
