New Covid19 Vaccine

I am having my seventh vaccination in a couple of weeks. After having had severe side effects to the Moderna vaccine, which resulted in being bed for over three weeks and had to be reported to the Yellow Card site, I am interested (and a little apprehensive) to see what the effects of this one are.

Mr.I had his last week. Mild stiff arm at injection site, but no ill effects from the vaccine itself.

I had it for my 7th jab last week. The doctor told me that the site might be more painful, but the vaccine provides longer protection and is being chosen for the elderly and vulverable.
I am happy to say that I have had no after effects and the arm was no more uncomfortable than on previous occasions.

We both had it on Saturday. Not an adverse reaction between us. Just an achey arm for 24 hours.

No more vaccines for us, had enough of the lies. Too many healthy people dropping dead or suddenly having heart problems.

If the virus is so deadly why are there no toxic bins for discarded masks (see them all over the supermarket car parks)

If the virus is so deadly, why were the Government holding parties during lockdown. They obviously knew it was no more lethal than the flu, which has killed thousands each year but no one reacted like they have over Covid!!!!

Why were you allowed in a pub if you were wearing a mask, but could take it off when you sat down, do you really think a virus knows not to infect you when you’re seated.

It was all to see how compliant people were, and boy they’re are so many sheep. It’s to ready us for the 15 minute cities, the cashless society, and the “You will own nothing but be happy”

Had my 7th vaccine yesterday with the new vaccine. One of the questions I was asked was- did I eat fish. Seems the new vaccine contains fish oil. Injection was quick and efficient at a well organised vaccine centre. No bleeding after and no reaction apart from a slightly sore arm overnight and today. So grateful for the added protection the new vaccine might give. Covid is still around and those of us who are vulnerable need to still take care sadly.

We both had it last week. No after effects. I was told that the new ingredient squalene, is shark oil of some kind, and they are obliged to point this out to everyone, not re allergies but because some people might have ethical objections to using products derived from fish.

Read this by an American epidemiologist if you're not sure about another vaccine jab, then decide. Really if you're getting on a bit, and particularly if you have any kind of comorbidity, it's a no-brainer.

People like myself, who are CEV are due a seventh vaccination, Bluebelle.
As someone who is immunocompromised, catching Covid can be fatal.

I have had 5 - 3 Pfizer and 2- Moderna. I wonder if I'll be called for this one.

I had no reaction to any of them.

Same here. We had first 3 and decided no more. The message at the outset was have the jab and you won’t get covid or pass it on.

We got it last summer and passed it on to our son. Incidentally, he refused all jabs and was no worse than the rest of us who were jabbed.

We were all concerned that the vaccine was ready in a month so what testing took place and what might the side effects be. The govt are now paying compensation to families who have
lost loved ones due to the jab and people badly affected.
So no more for us either.

We were only given the name of the vaccine and no printed information regarding it. Looked it up on line to find the possible side effects.
Happy that we are able to be protected at no cost to ourselves.

It wasn't claimed Covid vaccination would stop you catching Covid, nor pass it on. It was claimed that vaccinations would lessen the effects.
My cardiologist told he had seen irreparable heart damage in Covid ICU, like nothing ever seen in his career. These were patients, who were unvaccinated.

I eventually caught Covid after coming out of sheilding and required anti virals in hospital. I was told I would have died, if I hadn't been vaccinated.

I prefer to believe my clinicians, rather than uninformed posters on GN, who continue to spout nonsense, but never back it up with scientific evidence..

Oh dear!

There are always some who come out with opinions like those of usernametaken. We can always make our own minds up, and the idea that more healthy people dropped dead or had heart problems from the vaccine than from the virus is quite obviously not true. That's just for a start!

A shift in who is dying: (From American,November 2022 article).

We had ours on Sunday, and apart from a sore arm (still slightly so on Tuesday) and a slight headache (went yesterday), we've both been fine. This was DH's 7th and my 6th vaccination, as we're both high risk. Yes, you see some bizarre antivax claims from the usual suspects on various threads, but I'll continue to follow the supportive professional advice of qualified clinicians, rather than listen to uninformed, unsubstantiated hysteria. It's just noise..

I have two friends who have been completely incapacitated by long Covid, neither have been able to work and barely get out of bed since having it
