Other brands are available but I am grateful that I bought this some years ago when I had a frozen shoulder.
Quite out of the blue this morning my lower back/right hip went into spasms and it was all I could do to stagger, bent over like an aged crone and collapse on to my bed where I could ease the pain with heat from my electric blanket. I have spent the afternoon with a wheat pack and hottie wedged between my lower back and the sofa cushions and my plans for the day went out of the window .Then I remembered this gadget!
It has worked magic easing the pressure on the trapped nerve and I would heartily recommend this or similar to anybody with a tweaked back, trapped nerve, sciatica or lower back pain.

I've a similar one - but more of a seat with back. Back spasm is just awful and I often do the rest in bed with electric blanket thing too. It's washed and packed away for the summer, though.

That’s where my sloth has come in handy! I should have taken the leccy blanket off weeks ago, but glad of it now!

Oh wow, that sounds brilliant.
My dad and I both have dodgy lumber regions and get trapped nerves / sciatica.
Thanks Foxy
