Can anyone give me advice on hair transplants - also advice of having this done in Turkey

Google it. But be very careful, some of the before and after photos on one particular site are obviously NOT the same client.

I’m assuming this is for you ?
Have you seen anyone in this country to find out why you are loosing your hair.

I have a condition called Frontal Fybrosing Alopecia ( an autoimmune disease) and this will be my last resort

Framilode Thu 31-Aug-23 11:10:11

Purplehead I have this condition too and understood hair transplants wouldn't take on what is effectively scar tissue. I belong to the Facebook group for this condition and there is a lot of good information on that site.

It's so depressing isn't it.

Do you also suffer from rosacea. It seems to go hand in hand with FFA.

As I have harped on about many times, I have alopecia totalis (no hair). Depressing doesn't even come near to how it makes you feel. I have a hair system. You have to have hair for a transplant. I have none. I don't blame anyone for considering a transplant. Hair loss is horrible.

I remember you posting a photo of your hair Kate. It looked absolutely real. Very lovely.

Thank you GSM. I'm not brave enough to be bald!

Hi Framilode
Thanks for the reply. No I don't suffer from Rosacea so I have to be grateful for that.
