Two weeks ago I requested a GP appointment as I was concerned about a mole on my arm, I was offered a consultation with a nurse last Monday.
By Monday afternoon she had sent the photos off to the relevant hospital department.
I got a phone call on Tuesday with an appointment for this morning at 9.00am.
I have had the offending mole removed, have got an appointment to return and am sitting enjoying my lunch at home!

That is excellent. I contacted my surgery last Thursday or Friday (took 1 hour 25 minutes wait on the phone). Asked for an appointment she took details and I havnt heard a word,
Our practice had been excellent for 35 years now since COVID it’s impossible to contact amd see a doctor. Very sad.

Our Consultant even said the NHS had let my DH down big time. I could write a book about the mistakes and total lack of care and communication that has been going on for over two years. I will not be clapping or otherwise for them ever again.
