Constipation 😖

Anyone have any suggestions or advice? I’ve been constipated for a few days now. Been taking Lactulose but no luck so far.
It’s really uncomfortable.

Sarahr thanks but I’ve had a CT colonoscopy and various scans for other Gastro problems (the constipation a new development) but nothing more sinister detected. I do have a redundant colon but could’ve had that for years apparently without knowing it.
