Constipation 😖

I used to suffer constipation when I used cocodamol and used lactose with success. Perhaps you need to up the dose a little. I agree it is very uncomfortable.

Anyone have any suggestions or advice? I’ve been constipated for a few days now. Been taking Lactulose but no luck so far.
It’s really uncomfortable.
