dairy and orange juice cause more mucus/coughing

Yes. It's awful. Mine started last Friday and has developed into sinusitis. The cough has vanished but all the other symptoms are here. I look like Rudolph, the red nosed reindeer into the bargain. Trust me, it's not a good look

No cold, but I've had the 100 day cough! Caught it at the beginning of February and it's only just getting better now. Made my ribs ache, horrible.

Got the cough, sore throat, bunged up, weak as a kitten and tired beyond belief, but no cold (yet). February/March seems to be my ‘off’ time. It’ll pass, I’m sure.

Yes, both DH and me.

His cold started over a week ago. I slept in the spare bed to try and avoid breathing in his germs, but I too have succumbed. We have both done a Covid test but clear.

Coughs, sore throat, alternate bugged up nose then running like a tap, sneezing, feeling very weary, also not had a cold like this for ages.

Started just over a week ago. Tired, run down, coughing for England, sore throat, lack of energy, decreased appetite.

That says it all really. Did see the nurse at our surgery when she said it was a virus so antibiotics wouldn't help. People who've had it says it takes 12 days to feel relatively better. I can't wait. I've never suffered from lack of interest in food, in fact I usually can eat anytime and anywhere but this time its different. I'm sticking to milky type things and also full fat yoghurt. The cough is dreradful.

What makes it worse is that this is the first cold I've had since before the pandemic.

Anyone else???
