I don't know your location, OP so it may not be relevant for you but earlier this year I started using East Midlands Pharmacy and, so far, have been very satisfied with their service.

I've used them for years but only have one item. No problems at all, I ignore the reminders until I need a repeat then just a few clicks so easy.

Sorry you are having problems ferry23. After speaking to friends, I started to use Pharmacy2u a couple of years ago and have had no problem at all, although I only have a single item. It’s so much easier as my Surgery and pharmacy are miles away. P2u do ‘remind’ me to re-order too early, but I just ignore it until I’m down to the last week of meds. I now order online from the surgery, although they still permit repeat prescriptions by phone.
A friend on multiple meds requested a review with her GP to bring them all into line, time wise, and found that helped with re-ordering/delivery.

this is causing a lot of problems for people all over the place..no longer able to use the phone to order.

I've used Lloyds pharmacy for ages and never had a problem. They've now transferred all customers to pharmacy2u. I've now got 5 items missing from my prescription. They sent me an order reminder but I've received an email from them telling me it was too early to order. I've been trying for nearly 40 minutes to speak to a real person at pharmacy2u but getting nowhere.

Anyone got any other recommendations?
