I think you should ask the GP or nurse who ordered the blood tests to explain what they mean and the best course of action for you to take.

I have had my annual check up i am on statins for high chlostrel i think my bad chlostrel is high and am at risk of type 2 diabetes but dont really understand my results shown below for triglycerides are they really high will exercise and diet help
