I came off statins a year ago as I was suffering muscle aches and fatigue and a fuzzy head. My recent blood tests have shown my cholesterol is too high. After speaking with the pharmacist at my GP surgery I have decided to go back on them for 3 months and then get tested again and discuss how I am feeling on them. I have read that Q10 Ubiquinol can help especially with fatigue. I'm 73 and fairly active and hope to remain that way as long as possible. I'd love to hear about experiences taking Q10. Thanks smile

My OH had massive side effects from Statins so he spoke to his GP about the alternatives,I had researched Co Q10 and found that the Ubiquinol version worked best.OH has now been taking it for 10 years or more. His cholesterol is in a normal range and he has no side effects.
Obviously it may not work for everyone but its certainly worth a try .I buy it from Amazon .

Gozilepe ,Liposomal co q 10 Ubiquinol 600mg .

There are other versions that include other supplements as a complex.Good luck with it,hope this helps

Thank you and strangely enough I had ordered the same ones from Amazon yesterday. Hopefully they work for me.
