I've been wearing a copper bracelet for 37 years since I had a pain in my shoulder. Now I wear two - one on each wrist. It was my BIL who told me about them. They have worked for me. I've had arthritis in my lower back for many years but it is rare that I'm aware of it.

I now have rheumatism and the last time I saw the specialist he noticed the bracelets but made no comment so I assumed that he wasn't actually opposed to them.

I can see no reason why you should not wear one or two. They don't cost much and are better than taking medication.

I've ordered a copper magnetic on online and am going to give it a go. Why not.

Anything that helps is a good thing and I definitely hope it helps.

They used to sell them to help with arthritis
Personally I think it’s a load of old what's it but if it helps then great

Bought one on impulse today at the Bloom show. It is supposed to help with stress while worn on my left wrist.
Anyone find that they help.
