I have RVO which means that one of the small veins in my eye is leaking.
Its quite common and nothing to make a fuss about as it can be controlled by regular injections into the eye. I am sure other Gransnetters will have similar problems.
These injections are painless, just a bit uncomfortable.
After years of injections I have developed a very dry eye and my NHS consultant seems reluctant to recommend a good eye drop, he just says any over the counter moisturising drop, such as Optrex, will do.
Can anyone recommend a good brand of eye drops?
I find the relief only lasts a few hours and would love to find something that I need only use up to, say, three times a day.
