We're they able to disperse the clot or operate?

My mother-in-law had a TIA during lockdown. She has made a good recovery.

She takes Asprin now - but he may be given anticoagulants/ BP medication and statins.
The treatment is really to prevent a stroke in future.

Thinking of you both.

I took my DH to hospital the other week as he had developed what the hospital called ocular migraine and numbness and tingling on one side. Hospital confirmed minor stroke ? TIA. He had an MRI which revealed a small clot on the brain which is scary. We are both worried. Has a 24 hour tape atm and an ECG booked.

Any suggestions as to what could be done re the blood clot and the treatments involved? He is 69.
