Omaprazole

Hello
Wondering if anyone has been on Omeprazole or similar long term and if you’ve suffered any side effects? Apparently, it can potentially cause Osteoporosis and Vitamin B deficiency?

I've been taking them for years, no side effects (as far as I am aware) but I've also been taking vitamin B for many years. I was taking 20 mg but GP advised 10 mg and all is well.

I've been on lanzoprazole for 5 years....no issues as yet...have 6 monthly bloods and bone density scans ( for other thongs)
