Has anyone used Jude as seen on Dragons Den?

I started a thread a few weeks ago and a few people who responded mentioned Jude. You can read through and find the comments- it seems like it takes a while before you notice improvement.

Because I was worried about the oestrogen content of Jude.I’ve been taking pumpkin capsules with soya for a few days and don’t seem to have been getting up so often in the night. Only problem is I think the pumpkin isn’t helping my IBS but I’m going to stick with it for a while. It’s supposed to help hair growth, too.

As someone who is up to the loo at least 3 times a night this thread is a revelation to me, off I go to order pumpkin capsules - thanks ladies

I have just finished a course of Pumpkin seed supplements and unfortunately they have made no difference whatsoever. I am still up 2-3 times in the night. I have fallen off the loo a couple of times because I am so tired. 😴 I think they cost me £22 and were a complete waste of money.

Have you sought medical help or advice for your issue?

A friend of mine has just had a knee replacement and she said she somehow trained herself to not go to the loo as many times in the night. I didn’t ask her how she did it because she was still in a lot of pain from the op but I’ll ask her next time I speak to her. I sometimes think it’s a habit I’ve got into combined with a change in sleep pattern as I’ve got older.

On my third pack of Jude and so far it’s been a total waste of money .I have another 3 packs in the cupboard so I.ll stick with it .I would like a full nights sleep

I started Jude 2 weeks ago and so far no improvement. Just bought 2 more months supply. Ever the optimist.

For a long time I'd been getting up in the night to go to the loo, it increased to twice and night and a few months ago I realised that on many nights it was 3 times and I felt so tired and washed out. So five months ago I bought Jude.

It isn't instant, you have to be patient but I am now so much better. As an example last night I was tucked up asleep at 11 pm and had to get up at 6 am for the loo, the previous night was similar but I got up at 5.30 pm. It would be nice to get closer to 7 am but I can settle for 6 am.

I've just bought another 3 months supply and wouldn't want to get up 3 times a night again

Grateful I don’t have this problem , probably have the opposite, I don’t go enough.
On a lighter note, St Jude is the patron saint of lost causes? Wonder why anyone would choose to name their product Jude.

My dh is up 2, 3 or even 4 times every night, and that’s 7 years post prostate removal, when we thought all that would be over, so do understand.
Wishing you all well hopefully you w ill find a solution for the problem but don’t rely on st Jude if you believe in such things.

Well, having looked back on this thread I’m still taking soya and pumpkin which I buy from Holland and Barrett and I’m really not getting up as often in the night as I used to. So I’m going to persevere with it.

Im 2 weeks in with my first bottle of jude tablets. I take 2 a day. they taste awful.

Am really hoping they help me

I think that doing a fasting diet helps, too ( I just go for as long as possible, I don’t set a specific number of hours to the fast).

I took Jude for three months with no improvement whatsoever.

Have you tried?: -
Limiting drinks in the evening ( but drink plenty earlier in the day to avoid dehydration)
Avoiding caffeinated drinks ( except maybe the first drink of the day)
Pelvic floor exercises, three times a day
Double voiding, especially last thing before bed.

I rarely get up in the night now after adopting these habits.

What are Jude?
