A long post and not easy to understand!!? A garbled message. All I can advise is go ack to your GP it sounds like a massive infection - good luck.

Have you tried using a neti pot? I great great relief from mine when my nose is stuffed up.It might help while you wait for the new nasal spray. Good luck, I hope you find some relief soon.

Ask a pharmacist for advice. They tend to know more about relief meds than GPs do because that's their job.

My mum's trick when blocked up was head over a bowl of hot water and a towel over your head and then breathe in the warm damp air. It's only temporary relief but it does help.

If you can bear it, put a bit of Vicks or Tiger Balm in the hot water too. Not too much!

Yes that, or good old Friar's Balsam may loosen things up.

I had this many years ago at the same time as my mum, our noses would not stop dripping, we went to see the GP and were sent to the hospital for checks and we both had polyps in the nose. We had them removed and everything was fine after that. Sometimes the polyps are very high up and cannot be seen by the Gp, we had cameras inserted in our nasal passages and that is how they found them.

This is a bit hard to make head nor tail out of Slow down a bit
You have an ongoing problem with your nose that isn’t getting what you feel is enough help from the doctor
As you ve been seen at ENT and a GP I really don’t think it’s wise to ask people to diagnose on here and much less safe to take any advice given you could be doing more harm than good
I would suggest you ask to be referred back to the ENT at your local hospital as it could be anything
