I have this problem .
I think that it's been caused by endless coughing .
My solution is to rejoin my belly dancing classes .
Belly dancing was originally designed by Muslim women to exercise after childbirth .
It didn't have the reputation that it has now .
It's fun anyway !

I tried them but I still had to get up during the night. One of the tablets I was taking for high blood pressure also made me want to go to the toilet frequently. I have just me told to stop taking that one as it is causing problems with my kidneys,
HEALTHSPAN do a similar tablet called 'Bladder Support with Go-Less'. I have tried those as well but wasn't sure they made any difference. They were cheaper than the ones from JUDE The tablets are expensive and not something I can afford to subscribe to, all the time. My problem, I think is having a weak pelvic floor.

Tried for 3 months plus with NO improvement.

I tried it made no difference very expensive
I believe if you believe in it, it may seem to make a difference

I tried it but made no difference. One of the medications I am taking for blood pressure makes you need to wee more often.

Used it for months & had no effect at all. Sorry.

Thankyou. I am considering it.

Yes I started about three weeks ago.its expensive but I thought I would give it three months. After a couple of weeks I thought intervals between toilet visits were increasing but not sure how much is wishful thinking. Hoping it will decrease the use of Tena pads. Watch this space 🤔
